Step 1 : Manual Temporary

• Unplug power and USB.
• Open door and hold power button.
• Connect the printer cable.
• Close door, then release power button.

step 2 : Download Service Tool V1074 for Permanent

• Run the executable file.
• Select USB port of the printer to be reset.
• select EEPROM clear
• Turn off the printer
